Cookie Time

A little tradition we have is to make and paint sugar cookies each year.  I always turn into a 5 year old and have fun and paint up the most ridiculous cookies.  I grabbed a few quick shots before we got to painting.  I'll have to try and get some of the finished products before we eat them all :)

Was having a quick picture session with the bulldogs today and promised them a treat if they were good.  It's crazy how well they behave with a little bribery....

Yesterday we had some storms roll through our area, nothing major I don't think just heavy rain and what not.  Anyway, I took this picture when I was about to take our bulldogs out.  I looked through the peep hole thing to see how hard it was raining and figured I'd try and take a pic.  I thought the pic turned out kinda cool, although I wish you could tell just how hard it was raining.

This was shot on my brothers front porch after the embarrassing mississippi state vs ole miss football game.  It was nasty and cold and just an all around yucky night.  We had a good time tailgating though so I won't complain to much.

Random Post

Man has it been an incredibly busy past couple of weeks.  Several shoots and some personal work as well.  I'm so glad to say that the semester is finally coming to an end as well!

How awesome was Thanksgiving!  I absolutely love this time of the year, great food, hanging out with family, and great weather :)  I hope that everyone had a great time and took some time to reflect on the things they are truly thankful for.

Some other news is that I'm in the process of finishing up my second website a Showit Site at that :)  I absolutely love the power in this program!  This site will be dedicate to lifestyle and commercial work.  Hopefully this will be launched after the first of the year.  I'll leave you with a few screen shots of the site in the works as well as a few shots from Thanksgiving break.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Just wanted to take a quick minute to wish everyone an awesome Thanksgiving! I would also like everyone to pray for my Mississippi State Bulldogs as we have the Egg Bowl coming up (This is our rivalry game against Ole Miss).

Jodie & Seth: Engagements

So last Saturday I headed up to Memphis, TN to shoot an engagement session.  I ended up meeting Jodie and Seth at Huey's in Memphis to get some fuel before starting the session.  

We started the day at Overton Park shooting in the great fall colors and then headed down to Beale Street for alittle more fun :)  I had such a great time hanging out with you guys on Saturday, hope you love the pics!

Katie & Jeremie: Proposal

I got the opportunity to shoot a proposal Friday at Mississippi State University in Starkville.  Jeremie called me last week and wanted to know if I thought it would be possible for me to try and capture this awesome moment.  There was only one problem, he was proposing after dark so we had very very limited light.  After scouting out the area I found a place and we decided to give it a go.

Everything went perfectly and she said yes!  I managed not to get seen either :)  Congrats to both you and I wish you the absolute best!

Ava: Lifestyle

I had a blast getting to shoot a lifestyle session up in Tennessee this past weekend. Tons of awesome fall colors and leaves. Ava had a blast playing and made my job quite easy!
