This was shot while walking out on the dock to watch some geese.  The dock is on the Refuge.

You may remember in an earlier post where I put up a picture of my Grandmother.  At that time I was unable to get a portrait of my Grandad, but it was very important to me that I got one.  I've been home for New Years and took a break to go hang out with him and get a quick portrait.  My Grandad has been such an influence and inspiration and I just love him to death.

On a side note, this portrait was taken on their 49th wedding anniversary.  How awesome is that :)

Was having a quick picture session with the bulldogs today and promised them a treat if they were good.  It's crazy how well they behave with a little bribery....

Yesterday we had some storms roll through our area, nothing major I don't think just heavy rain and what not.  Anyway, I took this picture when I was about to take our bulldogs out.  I looked through the peep hole thing to see how hard it was raining and figured I'd try and take a pic.  I thought the pic turned out kinda cool, although I wish you could tell just how hard it was raining.

This was shot on my brothers front porch after the embarrassing mississippi state vs ole miss football game.  It was nasty and cold and just an all around yucky night.  We had a good time tailgating though so I won't complain to much.

So my wife was out of town and instead of making me fend for myself for a few days look what she did. Knowing lasagna is one of my fav all time meals she made me some with the instructions on the foil.
