Fast Track Photographer: Want a copy???

I truly believe that one of the greatest gifts you can give someone is a book. Last night at the Free to Succeed tour in Atlanta I gave away a few books and I truly hope that those people enjoy them!

I just read Dane Sanders' new book Fast Track Photographer and it's amazing! If you are a photographer who owns/runs your own business or are even considering the notion you have to read the book.

To hold true to what I've been saying, if you're a photographer and you have not read the book, comment or shoot me an e-mail and you might just win yourself a copy. Just tell me why you are wanting to read the book and what you hope to accomplish from reading it, it's that simple!

Hi Matt,

This is Stephanie Greenwell(work with your aunt Pam). I recently bought first my first DSLR camera(nothing extravagant, but a starter) and I want to get trained in the manner of photography that you and several other photographers I've seen online have.

I told Pam about it and she in turn told me about your foray into photography. I am so awed by your work--you are doing a great job! I love your style--I am not a fan of the same old boring poses and "say cheese" attitude.

I had thought about contacting you about how to get started(i.e. advice on training, classes, business start-up, etc.) and I have sent off for the New York Institute of Photography course catalog. I will probably enroll, but any advice or direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated! (Oh, and this book would be a great bonus!)

Thanks for your time. And best wishes on your growing business!

Hey, Matt,
We've talked online a few times about different photography stuff. I've heard of the book and it was all good stuff. It was one I've been thinking of buying at some point.

I just recently got a 40D with aims of documenting both my family's growth and the town I live in. And as I grow in skills and confidence, maybe begin to make a little $$ on the side with it. I think I can do it.

I used to take a lot of pictures while in high school w/a 35mm SLR. Those days are well behind me, and I'm cutting my teeth anew on this DSLR.

And next time you're in Oxford, give me a buzz.
